Unanimously safe! And a 13-4 vote toward a substantial evidence of efficacy!
The first hurdle was accomplished, and DNDN should be heading to at the very least 8-10. But now that most uncertainty is removed from it actually being approved, it can potentially go higher. The commitee vote also opens the door for a ROW partnership. Now big pharma will not be scared to pursue Provenge. And with a ROW partner, DNDN can go far greater than 30.
I still believe it will be approved by the FDA w/a concurrent phase 4 study (9902B).
To the shorts I say FUCK YOU. You manipulating scum deserve what you get. (I can only hope the funds short this stock got caught w/their pants down.)
And to Cramer for completely bashing the DNDN story about a year ago, and getting the story completely wrong, and not even retracting his false statement I say FUCK YOU TOO! (to be clear he did retract some of his statement, but got the RECTRACTION WRONG too!)
CONTRATS DNDN, and all longs… and I truly am grateful that the PC patients out there have a new safe alternative to treat them, and maintain a relatively high quality of life. (GOOD LUCK, and my Prays out the the PC patients.)

I didn’t know you were allowed to curse on this board, but since providing life extension & hope for CA patients is such an emotional issue, merged with financial rewards for investors, I do agree with your reaction, although I wouldn’t express it that way. Cramer is a good guy – he was obviously given extremely conservative advice from his bio people, which turned out to be bad advice. Of course if you like the “other” Kramer, I imagine the DNDN “shorts” will be more than happy to sell you tickets to his upcomming performance at the Apollo……
hp, thanks for the comment… you are right, I can be more civil about my choice of words. I am more civil w/my submissions to seekingalpha and more public postings, as i consider myself to be somewhat of a gentleman
. But since i host this blog site no one can censor me, and i try not to hold back, as the shorts and cramer do not hold back w/their opinions. (like Cramer says, ‘it’s not about making friends’… right?)
i’m sure he is a good guy; i just want to see him properly correct himself because he is a public persona that has been getting the story wrong.
(Also, i’m not making money from this blog… it is more of a place to vent my thoughts because my day job does not provide me w/such an avenue. As you can see I have no ads on here. If I depended on readers and income from this blog, I would be more civil about the words i choose.)
