understanding the psychology of behavior

A version of the Ads are in play.  Not really what I expected, and I am sure not the final product, but Ads are in play none-the-less.

What I expect is the stream-line process of effeciently created video ads embedded in the videos.  However this process just started, and I anticipate it later in the summer or maybe early fall.

Whatever the case, Google has begun monetizing YouTube and the market is still ignoring it.
